How to document scientific writing using the CSE Manual

Audiovisual Materials

Materials such as videocassettes, audiocassettes, videodiscs, motion pictures and slides fall into the category of “Audiovisuals”

General format:  C-S and C-N:  Author(s).  Title of audiovisual [medium designator]. Edition
                              (if available).  Place of publication:publisher; date. Physical description. Notes. 
                             
                              N-Y: Author(s). Date. Title of audiovisual [medium designator]. Edition (if available). 
                              Place of publication: publisher.Physical description. Notes.

Rules to Remember: If  an audiovisual has any printed manual or other material accompanying the audiovisual/ a sponsoring organization/ a mention of special occasion related to the production of the material/ a library or an archive where the audiovisual may be found, this information can be included in Notes. If the acknowledgement has the names of actors/ artists/ musicians/other individuals associated with the product ion of the material, their names may be included in Notes.
