General format:    C-S and C-N:  Editor(s). Title of book. Number and name of conference;
                                date of conference; place of conference. Place of publication: publisher; date. Number of
                                pages.
                                N-Y:  Editor(s). Date. Title of  book. Number and name of conference; date
                                of conference;  place of conference. Place of publication: publisher. Number of pages.

Rules to Remember: a) When there are 2 to 10 editors, list them all, including the 10th editor; if there are more than 10 editors, list the first 10 followed by “et al.” or “and others”. Separate the surname and initials of an editor by a space; separate successive editor names from each other by a comma and a space.  Follow the last item in the editor list with a comma, the word “editor” or “editors” and a period.

b) If no authors or editors can be found for a conference publication, begin the reference with the title.  The use of “anonymous” is not permitted.
