Finding & Using Permalinks

Permalinks, short for "permanent links", offers a stable link that is assigned to a specific article by the database. Using the permalink makes getting back to an article much easier.

Finding a Permalink in OneSearch

If you find a Library resource using OneSearch, you can access the permalink directly from OneSearch, rather than having to find the permalink for the resource within the individual database where it resides.

Click on the permalink icon to the right of the source title:



Now you can past the permalink into your document.
