Finding & Using Permalinks

Permalinks, short for "permanent links", offers a stable link that is assigned to a specific article by the database. Using the permalink makes getting back to an article much easier.

Locate a permalink in Academic Video Online (AVON):

 

Once you find a video, click on Share at the top right hand side of the screen:

Click on Copy Permalink toward the bottom:

Under Copy Permalink, click on Copy:

 

Now you can paste the link into your document.
