Finding & Using Permalinks

Permalinks, short for "permanent links", offers a stable link that is assigned to a specific article by the database. Using the permalink makes getting back to an article much easier.

Find a permalink in JStor:

 

Once you find an article that you want to use, locate the Stable URL on the left:


Copy the Stable URL and paste link into your document.
