The ADAI Library is located at the University of Washington and collects research and scientific literature on alcohol and other drug use from all relevant disciplines. Instruments can be found by name or acronym, developer, descriptors, and words in the abstract. Descriptive and psychometric information is provided, and some instruments are in the public domain and can be freely downloaded from the web. A list of all the instruments can also be browsed
Directory of instruments used by the Center for HIV Identification, Prevention, and Treatment Services at UCLA. Includes 32 instruments including Abuse Assessment Screen, Depression (Thai Version), Emotional Social Support, and Quality of Life, HIV.
From the American Psychological Association. APA neither sells nor endorses testing instruments, but it does provide guidance in using available resources to find psychological tests.
Rutgers University. A guide to finding information about tests and measures used in the behavioral and social sciences, the health sciences, and other related areas. Options for locating actual measures are also provided.
This compendium features over 20 scales measuring both victimization from and perpetration of intimate partner violence. For each included scale, the compendium provides scale items, response categories, and scoring instructions. Psychometric information is also supplied and how to obtain permission to use copyrighted materials is provided.

Maintained by the Educational Testing Service, the database contains descriptions of over 25,000 tests. In addition, about 1200 are downloadable from ETS for a fee of $25.00.
