Finding Journal Articles

Your professors will require that you find and cite journal articles for your research assignments. There are several ways to go about searching for journal articles. You can search for a specific journal title by entering the name of the journal in the OneSearch box on the Adelphi Libraries homepage:

You can also search for articles on a specific topic by entering your key words or subject headings into OneSearch. Searching in the OneSearch screen searches all media and will bring up articles on your topic as well as books, streaming media, etc.

You can search for articles in a specific database by selecting Databases & More under the OneSearch box and typing in the name of a database such as CINAHL Complete:

Follow instructions for searching specific databases.

Advanced Search
