Welcome! This guide will introduce you to systematic reviews and other types of evidence synthesis and provide guidance on the steps involved in conducting a systematic review.

The National Academy of Medicine (2011) (formerly the Institute of Medicine) recommends working with a librarian or other information specialist trained in performing systematic reviews when planning your search strategy.

The Adelphi University Libraries have many resources to help you with your search for information, including virtual research assistance upon request.
