Zotero is a free, open-source reference management option and an alternative to RefWorks. If you just want to generate one or two quick citations, there is a ZoteroBib option on this page that allows you to do just that.

Refworks
RefWorks helps you organize your resources, cite, and create bibliographies. Click on "Create an account" on the bottom of the screen and create an account using your AU email address.
