Welcome to the LGBTQ+ LibGuide

The purpose of this guide is to facilitate access to library resources about LGBTQ+ topics and issues and to connect our community with outside resources and organizations that provide support and foster awareness, engagement, and advocacy. Our goal is to empower learners to engage with LGBTQ+ topics and issues regardless of their current level of knowledge.

This guide includes:

  • News & Other Web Resources - News and websites related to the LGBTQ+ community.

What is LGBTQ+?

LGBTQ+ is an acronym for “lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer” with a "+" sign to recognize all sexual orientations and gender identities.
