Use OneSearch to find out what books you can access at Adelphi University Libraries. Through OneSearch you can access the library's extensive ebook collection. Start by entering your term in the search box. Use Advanced Search if you have a specific title or author.

Below are some tips on locating books in the stacks, making hold and digitization requests. For ebook tips, see the tab above.
Books are available for browsing in the stacks, by request to be held for you and up to 2 chapters of a book may be requested for digitization.
To locate print books in the library, note the call number in the book record. In the example below the call number is RT 81.5 .N866 2012 and is located in the main stacks of the Swirbul Library.

Request and Digitization is available in the Get It section of the book record:
- Sign in to your OneSearch account at the top right corner of the OneSearch page.
- Choose Request to pick up or have the book sent to your home
- Choose Digitization to have some pages scanned and emailed to you. Please note only 10% or two chapters of a book can be digitized as we follow Copyright rules.
